33 weeks

I know you're disappointed that Nathan didn't make it in this profile picture, but I ended up taking this one at work.

Watching the Game - Columbus, OH

For Memorial Day weekend, we made a trip up to Columbus, Ohio to see Nathan's cousin Brianna, play in a soccer tournament.  We stayed in a hotel for the weekend and enjoyed the indoor swimming pool.  It was a nice last little trip for our family of three before our world would change again with a baby!

Celebrating Dana!

Dana (in the center with red on) just had her LAST cancer treatment yesterday.  So, a group of us took her to lunch to celebrate this 1 1/2 year process.  She'll still continue to take a daily pill for the next five years, but the monthly treatments are done.  Hurray!

Visiting the Goats

Yesterday, we took some time and visited the goats.  Nathan was a tad freaked out at first and didn't want to get close, but eventually he worked it out.
[Bobo tried to get in this picture!]

The babies are growing up!

Preparing for Zachy!

We got Zachary's bedding all sorted out and put on the bed, along with the mobile and his stuffed animals.  We still need to get the monkey picture on the wall, but that's another day!

All the newborn and 0-3 months clothes are washed and put away in the drawers awaiting his arrival! :)
We organized his corner of the office so that it should work just fine to move around and get to what we need.  We have a shelf to put up yet, but it needs to be painted.  Isn't the dresser a beaut?! We got it for a steal - $20 and it just needs some minor work.

It's coming together! :)

Playing in the Water

It had rained a bunch (thankfully, to make up for a couple weeks of dry weather) and Nathan was intrigued.  Can you see how wet he is?!  It took two days for his shoes to dry out!

Bobo the Class Bear

Since Nathan has been doing such a good job in his class at daycare, he got to bring Bobo home with him for the weekend.  He was very excited!  Although our plans aren't great, we'll tote him along and see what they can get into.

[Update:  Poor Bobo got left several times when we would go to do something, but the few things he did involved either errands or sleeping!]

30 1/2 Weeks
That lil' guy is just getting bigger and bigger! :)

Nathan can't stand for me to do the picture on my own (as we've seen in previous weeks, so here he is with me again! :)

With Momma & Daddy

We did a shot with the Mother's Day cards and then he had to do a picture with Barry!
What a big boy he's getting to be! :)

Yard Sale & Heat!

Today was the day we've been working toward for weeks.  Yes, seriously, weeks!  We worked through each of the rooms in the house to find the things that should be gotten rid of and then went through the garage to find the rest!  It was a nice sunny day and we were ready to go!

Unfortunately, the heat got to us and we decided to close down after 5 hours.  But I felt like we did well ($170) and plus we have some cool stuff to donate to our friends who are doing a sale to raise money for their adoption.

So, then came the next project... putting in the A/C units!
 Ever the helper...
Hurray!  Now we can stay cooler!

Two for Tuesday

This is one of Nathan's favorite outdoor pastimes and this year he's decided he can blow the bubbles.  Of course, he gets it all over his mouth and licks his lips (yuck!), but he has a grand 'ole' time!

Action pic!

Beautiful Irises

The irises bloomed beautifully and Nathan had to show how tall he was in comparison to them.  Of course we got a silly grin and eyes closed, but you get the picture! :)  He loves to watch the creatures in the backyard and chase after them.  Silly boy!

Cutey!

We had a bit of an accident with the glasses so Nathan had to go about a day without them.  He was so enamored by his car & truck that they had to eat dinner with him.

What a cutey!
