We had hoped to BBQ a couple weekends ago, but the weather didn't cooperate. So, it was 70 something Monday and we decided to go for it. Unfortunately, it was so windy that Barry had a challenge keeping the coals lit.
Corn was on sale and we couldn't resist! We had pork and beans along with to make this a wonderful American BBQ dinner.
