The Pluggie is an essential accessory to any outfit. In fact, Chelsea had several different ribbons to attach to her clothing depending on the outfit. Today, she decided to be a bit more casual and wear her track outfit. She can stand by herself for a few seconds and if you hold her hands she'll walk a little.
